Living in Canada and having a place in Chandler, Assured Home Watch staff have been my ears and eyes to any problems that have come up. The first time there was a Haboob and I contacted Assured with my concerns of the aire conditioner system being clogged by the dust, they scheduled a visit to my condo to check on the situation. Another time Assured was there on a scheduled visit and heard the smoke alarm battery beeping from our 9 ft ceiling and without hesitating they found a ladder replacing the battery making sure it was working properly.
